For account customers, all invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. For non-account customers, payment is due on or before delivery.
Goods may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery and must be in the original packaging, undamaged and fully suitable for re-sale. lf goods are returned within 30 days of the date of delivery that have been correctly supplied in accordance with the Purchaser's order the Company will apply a 15% re-stocking charge, plus return carriage at cost. The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept for credit goods ordered specially for the Purchaser.
